Harrison Commerce Center Lands Showroom/Warehouse
Bunnell
Hill Construction has announced that it will build a 20,250-square-foot
showroom and warehouse for Direct Buy in the Harrison Commerce Center.
Direct Buy's three-acre site is located at the corner of Simonson Road
and Southwest Parkway, just off Interstate 74 at the Dry Fork Road exit.
Direct Buy members can purchase thousands of products, including
clothing jewelry, electronics, furniture, accessories, window
treatments, appliances and home improvement products, directly from
manufacturers. There are more than 140 Direct Buy locations throughout
the United States and Canada.
The Harrison location is expected to open for business in April.
Direct Buy was represented by Stanley Stein and NAI Bergman. Jeff
Eichhorn, with Henkle Schueler and Associates, is marketing and
developing the 140-acre Harrison Commerce Center, which is zoned light
industrial.
"Direct Buy's future showroom is at the entryway into the Harrison
Commerce Center and with its appealing exterior construction, it will
help create momentum for further development," Eichhorn said.
Henkle Schueler is also leasing space in the Harrison Business Center,
a 63,000-square-foot commercial office/warehouse building across the
street from the Direct Buy site.
