HCDC offers assistance with specialized issues related to a wide variety of development topics. We can take an active role in the facilitation of public projects. Our staff has a broad range of backgrounds including development, finance, planning, law and entrepreneurial consulting. Recently, HCDC investigated the economic impact of the result of flooding along the I-75 industrial corridor for the Mill Creek Watershed Council.
