Enterprise Zone Application

Thank you for your interest in the enterprise zone program. The application is the first step in applying for tax incentives. We recommend you view the Frequently Asked Questions to answer any preliminary questions. The application will take roughly 15-30 minutes to complete, provided you have details about the project (investment, jobs, etc.) and important company information. Once completed, please mail your application to the Economic Development Office and a member of our staff will contact you. The mailing address can be found on the application.

Finally, this information is confidential and initially will only be shared between you and the Economic Development Office. Upon approval by a local legislative authority the Enterprise Zone Agreement becomes public information and is, therefore, subject to review by any entity requesting the information.
