Double Dipping in the Inc

I arrived at work one morning to find a note from a friend of the Hamilton County Business Center that read “Check out the upcoming issue of INC Magazine.”

So, I waited for the magazine to arrive in the mail. A few days later, INC arrived and, low and behold, it was the annual INC 500 List edition. I scanned the magazine and checked out the list and my curiosity was on “High Alert.” I started into the 300’s on the list and, to my amazement, on page 116 was a listing for Thinkronize as INC 500 member #323. For the second year in a row, an HCBC graduate company made the list. This year, Randy Wilhelm and friends at Thinkronize have pulled in over $5.2 million in annual revenues and posted a three year growth rate of 415.7%. Thinkronize created and maintains NetTrekker, a kid friendly search engine that limits the Web content that school computers can access to only those sites that are teacher/school approved.

This is the kind of entrepreneurial success Greater Cincinnati needs to celebrate. Home-grown, technology-based ventures continue to be a national economic development focal point, and Thinkronize is a prime example of the kinds of companies our region is growing.

Great idea, excellent plan, talented people, hard work, excellent implementation, and home grown! Congratulations Thinkronize.  You’ve made HCBC very proud!
