• Research & Development
• Technology-Oriented
• Innovative Traditional Entities
• Manufacturing or Light Industrial

The Application Process is as follows:

• Applicant returns incubator application and business plan to HCBC
• HCBC reviews application and business plan
• A meeting is set to build rapport, discuss findings, and ask any questions
• Application is submitted for approval to HCBC Director
• After approval is communicated and accepted, new client and director establish short- and long-term goals for relationship
• Tenant moves into incubator
